The terms between you and us when you use Lezzeticious. Clear, plain, and complete.

By downloading, installing, or using Lezzeticious you agree to this End User License Agreement ("EULA") and our Privacy Policy. You and Olcay Studio acknowledge that this EULA is concluded between you and Olcay Studio ONLY, and not with Apple Inc. ("Apple"). Olcay Studio, not Apple, is solely responsible for Lezzeticious and the content thereof. This EULA does not provide usage rules in conflict with the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.
Olcay Studio grants you a non-transferable license to use Lezzeticious on any Apple-branded products that you own or control, subject to the Usage Rules in the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions. Family Sharing and volume purchase apply where permitted.
Lezzeticious is an AI-powered cooking assistant that generates personalized recipes, suggests meals based on ingredients you have, narrates cooking steps for Pro subscribers, and maintains a personal recipe library. Features depend on your subscription tier and may evolve over time.
All recipes, cooking instructions, nutrition estimates, and chef responses are generated by AI models and may contain inaccuracies. Lezzeticious is a creative cooking tool, not a substitute for professional culinary or nutritional advice. Always use your judgment when handling food, especially with raw ingredients, allergens, and high-heat cooking.
While the app lets you set strict dietary restrictions and allergies, AI generation is not infallible. For severe allergies (e.g., nuts, shellfish, gluten), always read ingredient labels yourself and verify each recipe before cooking. Olcay Studio is not liable for adverse reactions to suggested recipes.
You are responsible for activity on your account. Do not share your account, attempt to scrape or reverse-engineer the AI pipeline, abuse the chat to generate non-cooking content, or upload images that violate others' rights. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Lezzeticious offers optional Weekly, Monthly, and Yearly Pro subscriptions billed through the Apple App Store. Your Apple ID account will be charged at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID Account Settings. Refunds are subject to Apple's standard refund policy and applicable consumer protection laws, including Turkish Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers.
Recipes you save, ratings you give, and notes you write remain your content. By using Lezzeticious you grant Olcay Studio a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to store and process this content to provide the service. Recipe sharing via deep links creates publicly accessible content with your username as author. You can report inappropriate content from any recipe's detail screen; we review within 24 hours.
The Lezzeticious app, brand, design, code, AI prompts, and infrastructure are the property of Olcay Studio. AI-generated recipes are yours to use personally; you may not bulk-export or commercially redistribute them. You, not Apple, are responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement, and discharge of any third-party intellectual property infringement claims arising from your use of the app in violation of these terms.
Olcay Studio, not Apple, is solely responsible for providing any maintenance and support services with respect to Lezzeticious. You and Olcay Studio acknowledge that Apple has no obligation whatsoever to furnish any maintenance and support services with respect to the app. For support, contact lezzetakli@olcay.studio.
Olcay Studio, not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claims by you or any third party relating to the app or your possession and/or use of the app, including product liability claims and any claim that the app fails to conform to any applicable legal or regulatory requirement. The app does not currently use the HealthKit or HomeKit frameworks.
We aim for high availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Some features depend on third-party AI services and may be degraded if those services are unavailable. Live status is published at olcay.studio/status.
The app may display third-party content or provide links to third-party services. Olcay Studio is not responsible for examining or evaluating the content, accuracy, completeness, legality, or any other aspect of such third-party materials or services. Subscription purchases are processed through the Apple App Store. A summary of the categories of third-party providers we use is available in our Privacy Policy.
YOU EXPRESSLY ACKNOWLEDGE THAT USE OF LEZZETICIOUS IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK. THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITH ALL FAULTS AND WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. OLCAY STUDIO DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS, EITHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. In the event of any failure of the app to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price to you, if any. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple will have no other warranty obligation whatsoever with respect to the app.
To the extent not prohibited by law, Olcay Studio shall not be liable for personal injury or any incidental, special, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever, including damages for loss of profits, data, business interruption, or any other commercial damages or losses arising out of or related to your use or inability to use the app. Olcay Studio's total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the app or applicable subscription in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated by the U.S. Government as a "terrorist supporting" country, and that you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties. You will not use the app for any purposes prohibited by United States law, including the development, design, manufacture, or production of nuclear, missile, or chemical or biological weapons.
You must comply with applicable third-party terms of agreement when using the app. For example, if you use the app in connection with a wireless data service, you must not be in violation of your wireless data service agreement.
You and Olcay Studio acknowledge that Apple and Apple's subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this EULA, and that upon your acceptance of these terms, Apple will have the right (and will be deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce this EULA against you as a third-party beneficiary of the EULA.
Your use of the app is also governed by our Privacy Policy at lezzeticious.com/privacy-policy. Account login uses your phone number with a one-time passcode; we do not collect or store passwords or email addresses.
This EULA is governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Istanbul, Türkiye, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in any jurisdiction with competent authority. Nothing in this EULA limits any rights you may have under mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction (including, for Turkish consumers, Law No. 6502).
We may update these terms occasionally. Material changes will be announced in-app. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
